Bushcraft Shelter Building, join me on a day camp building my winter camp. I start construction of a lean to shelter and raised bed for winter camping and have a small camp fire to cook lunch.

That little bow saw is fantastic
Awesome shelter
Awesome as ever Andy, glad you showed the bannock on a stick fail ( might have stuck if you'd sat with it to rotate it?)…..just like king Alfred burning the cakes😖😂….. but that was Norfolk, not Kent…. Are there any hazels in nearby hedgerows you could coppice & show everyone how to weave hazel hurdle panels/ fence sections?😍👍
Bear bro ???
perfect tree for shelter
Hi love to see you work . With respect I wonder about your the sleeve on your arm, or is it a tetuaje please let me know
I really enjoyed watching this. Very educational. Good job brother !
That's pre cut wood.
nice saw! you build it? looks great and works too! nice!
Watched you use the bow saw and from personal experience I've found the inexpensive folding pruning saw from Wilkknsons extremely efficient.
What a shite video. 12 minutes too. No wonder you have no subs
men never cease to amaze me , you have a ton of twigs laying about and you are batoning a chunk of wood …. makes no sense. could see it if you were in the snow or it was raining. and make a biscuit dough if u want to cook bread on a stick
you seem to be happy doing your stuff up there; every experience helps to get more knowledge and skills and you are doing fine obviously. Was wondering if you have any pines up there as well. They make a lovely raised bed 🙂
Nice Video .

Yeah I can't wait to get out there there's a place called Land Between the Lakes in Tennessee in the states it's 64000 Acres you can camp anywhere on it long as you got a permit got one place in mines called turkey Bay right next to the river Blake whatever it is it's my eggs part of the Tennessee River and I'm going to build a hut big enough for three four people and go there year-round and that's why I'm planning on doing my videos at just wish I was there closer it's about a two-hour Drive
In my opinion the more efficient and practical way of doing certain tasks whilst in a forest "surviving" / living , should be in practice.
I do not understand why most of you do not use an axe , I understand the weight is big factor , however a good axe is always with me whilst in bush camping !!!
Thank you for sharing all your videos, I love the simple life whilst staying out in my shelter !
Nice one Andy, I'm still jealous of that awesome tree. Can't wait to see the progress, all the best dude 🍻 👍

Hey there great camp, love building camps, please stop over and check out my channel and let me know what you think.
That sure is a nice hand saw you have there. However a quality Silky saw with a blade of comparable size could take up less space and would not be as clumsy to use in your situation. Really love your flint and steel.
I have no words to describe it!!!
awesome work mate keep it up
What da frig?? What a PERFECT tree to build a shelter on! Never seen anything like it
What perfect tree to use for a shelter.
